These terms govern your use of The Everlasting EV ("the platform"). By creating an account or using our services you agree to be bound by them.

1. The service

The Everlasting EV connects customers with vehicle manufacturers, financing institutions, insurance providers and logistics partners to enable electric-vehicle ownership. We are a technology platform; each partner is responsible for its own products.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally resident in a country where we operate to open an account and enter into a purchase or financing agreement.

3. Reservations & payments

Reservation fees, deposits and other charges shown at checkout are collected through certified payment processors. Refund eligibility is stated at the time of payment. Vehicle pricing, availability and specifications may change until an order is confirmed by the manufacturer.

4. Financing

Financing offers are provided by our bank partners subject to their own credit assessment. Pre-qualification is not a guarantee of approval. Loan terms — interest rate, tenor and monthly payment — are set by the approving bank.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, submit false information, attempt to access other users' data or interfere with our infrastructure.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Everlasting EV is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or a partner's product.
