• Employment and income data submitted during EV Readiness and financing.
• Identity, address and banking documents required by our financing partners.
• Vehicle preferences, saved vehicles and test-drive bookings.
• Device and usage information (browser, IP, activity) used to secure the platform.

2. How we use your information

We use your data to deliver the service you requested — matching you with vehicles and financing partners, processing reservations, arranging delivery and providing support. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Sharing with partners

When you apply for financing, insurance or a specific vehicle, we share the minimum information required with the relevant bank, insurer, manufacturer or logistics partner so they can process your request. Each partner is bound by confidentiality.

4. Security

Data is stored in access-controlled, encrypted infrastructure. Row-level security policies ensure customers can only access their own records. Payments are processed by certified providers — we never store full card details.

5. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active, and afterwards only for the period required by applicable Nigerian financial and tax regulations.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@everlastingev.com.
